What to expect?

Companies seeking to do business with the UN will gain an in-depth understanding of the UN procurement processes. This includes: where to find procurement notices, how the tender process works, and what procurement plans agencies have set for 2026. Also, sessions will be available to help navigate the overall process of selling to the UN.

Eligible companies will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with UN agency officials. Please note that the UN Procurement officers will decide which companies they will meet with. Other participating agencies may offer a limited number of 1-on-1 meetingsat their discretion based on their current procurement needs.

New for 2026, EUPF will offer a virtual seminar for companies unable to travel to New York. This virtual seminar provides a general overview of the UN Procurement systems with presentations, practical insights, and discussion of real case studies. Companies that register for the in-person seminar are automatically enrolled in the virtual segment. Also, by popular demand, the new EU Trade Fair will be introduced during the in-person seminar and will be available to a limited number of companies, on a first-come, first-served basis.
