BACC Supports SEB Delegation with Tailored Executive Session and Expert Panel in NYC

On May 12th, 2025, a high-level delegation of over 70 top executives—clients of SEB (Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken), a leading Nordic financial services group with deep connections to the Baltic States—visited New York City for an exclusive, invitation-only business session. The event opened with welcoming remarks by Mr. Nathaniel Sears, Commercial Officer at the New York U.S. Export Assistance Center, U.S. Department of Commerce | International Trade Administration—one of several distinguished speakers arranged in coordination with BACC.

Mr. Philip M. Berkowitz, BACC Board Director and U.S. practice co-chair of Littler’s International Employment Law Practice Group, followed with an introduction to the Baltic American Chamber of Commerce (BACC) and its role in strengthening Baltic–U.S. business relations. BACC worked closely with SEB to design a private executive discussion tailored to the delegation’s strategic interests. The panel, moderated by Mr. Berkowitz, featured Natalija Daubare, President of Narbutas USA, who shared her company's U.S. growth journey, and Justin Kreamer, Senior Vice President at NYC Economic Development Corporation (EDC), who discussed how New York supports international companies entering the U.S. market.

This confidential, high-level session is a strong example of BACC’s custom business services. Each program we support is uniquely designed around the needs of our partners, drawing on our extensive expert network. These private sessions offer company leaders and government officials invaluable, direct insights into expanding into the U.S. or European markets.
